Nau·Tech reserves the right to cancel or delay the activity due to technical issues, adverse weather conditions, or logistical problems. If you’re unable to participate for any of these reasons, we’ll offer you a new date or a full refund.
Although swimming is not mandatory, we recommend that you feel at least comfortable in the water. With the life jacket and safety equipment provided, you’ll be protected throughout the entire experience.
No worries—our instructors will be with you at all times to support you. Most beginners manage to stay up with a bit of practice, and our team will help you improve your technique in the water.
There is no deposit required for E-Foil rentals. However, if you rent a GoPro, a €100 deposit is required and must be paid before the activity begins. It will be returned at the end, provided the equipment is in good condition.
