I hereby [name_client] , with ID [dni_client] ,declare, know and agree to practice sports, that I am fully aware that the physical activity I perform is risky and as such implies facing constant physical risks. I assume full responsibility for any damage that may occur when practicing this sport, both to myself and to third parties due to my actions. I assume responsibility for the fact that the development of this sport exposes me to inherent risks that may result on each occasion that I practice it. In the event that I do not respect the rules informed by the instructor or employee of Nau·Tech Beyond Watersports, SL., I may be forced to stop practicing and may be removed from the place. The signatory (and/or his/her parent/guardian) agrees to release the instructor and the company Nau·Tech Beyond Watersports, SL. from all responsibility for any accidents, and from all damage or responsibility in this regard as a consequence of practicing this sport.
I declare that I am in full mental capacity to enter into a contract and to commit myself to the fulfilment of all the points of this contract, and that I have understood all the explanations, instructions and rules necessary for the practice of this sport discipline previously given by the instructor or employee of Nau·Tech Beyond Watersports, SL. and that I am in psychophysical condition suitable for the practice of this sport, as well as being properly equipped for the practice of this sport.
This contract is an English translation of the contract written in Spanish. The Spanish version will be valid in case of any doubt and/or error in the translation.
